The first scan I picked was a very furtive message.  It discusses "the
press corp doing a story about
surplus property disposal in the
forward areas.
"   Yeah, in other words, how we're going to nuke some
old ships!  Also a handwritten note about members of the press corp,
as well as a hand written note regarding Dan Whitehead from the
Associated Press.  I Googled his name, thinking he might have received
a Pulltizer or somesuch over the years, but no trace.  Also, last
dispatch is in first person, against the rules.  Unless you have that
brass on your hat...
Captain Wilson's glasses, the War Crimes Tribunal, Capt. Wilson meets
the Atoll Commander (I wonder if he had his glasses?), Message about
"
floating your way".  (I don't think that is proper terminology), A
reference to "Crossroads", which, I would think is truly a key word in
all this. (That message as you see is "plain" status as opposed to
"restricted").
A restricted message regarding Crossroads, that is authorized to be in
plain text, as long as it remains labeled "restricted".  Next message is
in regards to some press bigwigs.  A message with a
Crossroads
reference, but from what I can see, "plain" status. Next a message is
regarding "VIPETERS"; a few generals as well as the wife and kids of
the Ambassador to China.  And a second message superseding the first
one.
First dispatch makes reference to the First Cavalry.  Next refers to
generals aboard a plane and to expedite refueling.  A message
referencing the wife of the finance minister of China,
handwritten!  A
simple message about a general's arrival.  Next a mention of a Chinese
admiral, as well as a furtive reference to "
communications by other
means
". Appears to have a "clear" restriction status, though.
First one a request for a meeting regarding Crossroads.  The next one
very unique; makes an actual reference to Ensign Newman.  Then some
handwritten notes that maybe someone in the future might be able to
use. And finally, an example of two of the "simple" messages I
mentioned earlier.  Half the dispatches in the bundle were like these;
basic announcements of arrivals and departures.
